Every item we sell is backed by our 100% unconditional guarantee. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, simply return it to us, for an exchange or refund within 30 days of purchase. 

Note: Health department regulations will not allow us to accept returns of beds, crate mats, pillows, clothing, crates and carriers. This policy is intended to protect you and your pets.

Note: Personalized items are not returnable.

Returns must be accompanied by an original sales receipt, and items must be returned in new condition with the original packaging and contents. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.

Return the package prepaid (we cannot accept C.O.D. packages). For your protection, please insure the package, and send it to:
